Path to wellness

I am committed to helping people improve their quality of life through the effects of lymph drainage, whether it’s for relaxation, to address soft tissue injuries or dysfunctions, to assist with recovery from surgery, or to offer education, therapy, and support for managing lymphoedema.

My healthcare journey

My journey in healthcare began over 40 years ago as a Registered Nurse specialising in midwifery. When raising my family, I became interested in complementary therapies, which led me to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in 2018.

In 2020, I returned to nursing and became acutely aware of tissue oedema and its life-changing effects. This inspired me to train as a Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Therapist (MLD & CDT) in 2022.

Today, I work as a lymphoedema therapist. I combine my nursing experience with specialised lymphatic therapy skills to provide comprehensive care to my clients.
